Mht-Cet Subject wise preparation in one month | What was My approach to score 182 marks in Mht-Cet 2018 ?

Hello Everyone, students appearing for mht-cet exam often have the doubt of how to tackle the mht-cet exam in one month which is remaining and what to study and what not!! After all no one is so intelligent that he can memorize all the topics at once.

Before continuing I want to tell few words about myself. I am Roshan Bangar currently studying in my second year of Computer Engineering in College of engineering, Pune . When I appeared for my Mht-cet, I was not sure about every topic that I read but I was too much equipped for solving the mht-cet paper with all the knowledge that I was having. Let me tell you one thing, at the time when I appeared for my cet exam I had solved over 30 question papers. My score in Mht-cet was like this..

1. Maths: 98/100
2. Physics: 44/50
3. Chemistry: 40/50

Practice, Practice, Practice!!!

The all you need to do is practice harder and harder.

Mathematics:

I will give you some brief points which are must.

The first line I want to say is that if you score in Math you score in Cet.

I challenge you to score 100 out of 100 in Mathematics. (My math score was 98/100😼)

• Regardless of how much you have studied Mathematics, you must solve at least one question paper a day.
• Solve each and every doubt in the question paper.
• Don't practice individual questions, rather solve the past year question papers.
• Practice, practice and practice. Don't worry about how much you are left on studies just practice hard and solve doubts.

I will not tell you that you have to focus on certain topics. Don't read and solve the questions in the boards books. Just solve question papers and the doubts will tell you what you need to read and work on more.

Physics and Chemistry:

The most conceptual and challenging subject is physics. For physics you need deep understanding of every derivation in the HSC boards book. 

Chemistry is more of theory and muggy stuff.

The best way to score in this paper is to manage your time correctly.

In any condition you have to cover your chemistry paper in 20 minutes. 

The 5 points that I tried and got 44/50 in Physics and 40/50 in Chemistry(due to my bad memory) that  you should try are : 

• Solve one question paper everyday(you may score 20/100 at start but solving question paper a day is still must). Trust me you will improve within no time if you solve a question paper every day.
• Cet is all about practice and speed. The more is your speed the more will be your score. Therefore being better in what you know is more important than knowing everything.
• Solve doubts.
• Mug up everything in Chemistry.(If one month is remaining don't bother much with Chemistry just solve question papers and remember only what you are solving in question papers. If you have enough time after solving one question paper of each subject then you are welcome to mug up more.)
• Remember all the formulae in Physics.

After all this I don't want to confuse you students. The summary of this post is to practice, practice and practice. I guarantee you that if you solve 30 question papers in 30 days with all the doubts clear nothing is better than this which you can do in 30 days. I personally used this technique and got good score in Mht-cet. I hope you guys will break my record with this technique. All the best.
